I am a Troy based natural light photographer specializing in the realm of lifestyle photos. If you are looking for a photographer with passion, enthusiasm and the expertise to showcase your true personalities you have come to the right place!
No matter where life has taken me, I have always spent a lot of time in front of and behind the camera with my family and friends. Capturing life's special moments has ALWAYS been a passion for me. I love documenting not only the big things like weddings, but also the mundane little things like what your house looked like when you brought your baby home or the first time you step into your home as homeowners. Its the little things that add up to the BIG things we remember. My favorite thing we did when we had our daughter is have my aunt and fellow local photographer come into our home and capture us - raw and fresh from the hospital, no sleep, new parents, navigating our new normal with this beautiful human we created. I remember even though our daughter wasn't a fan of clothing changes, it was calm for us. We had no where to go and an extra set of hands around to play with our baby and capture us doing the same. In a time where I thought I couldn't look like more of a mess, these images reminded me that even in the mess... this new journey was beautiful.
Ever since that day, I have felt a ping in my heart to give that same version of beautiful to all new parents - or even seasoned parents with their older kids - or couples eager to capture how life is special with just the two of them. There is just something so special to me about the ordinary moments in life. Cuddling on the couch, baking cookies, changing a diaper, doing your make up. These things make up our every day lives as well as who we truly are.
It is my greatest honor to capture your life for you and have you proudly display not only my art on your walls, but the essence of you and your happy family.
